  • Instant eligibility verification - Obtain patient insurance coverage details within seconds over the phone, while they make their first appointment
  • Patient portal - assign customizable interactive forms to patient via patient portal, allowing them to complete their intake forms prior to their first visit
  • Text and email appointment reminders - schedule automatic reminders to go out at chosen intervals prior to patient visit. I.e. 1 week before and 1 day before, patients will automatically get text or email reminder for their appointment.
  • Two-way texting allows patients to reschedule appointments in response to confirmations if needed, making it more likely for them to reply rather than no-show
  • Check-in kiosk software - create custom check-in surveys for your patients, to be completed via check in kiosk or tablet when they arrive for their visit. Check in survey responses may be inserted into SOAP notes with the click of a button,

Yes, there is a “same as last time option” within the SOAP/Documentation Interface. Notes may be duplicated and then edited further as needed.

Yes, Offices may send unlimited email reminders to their patients. Each office is also allocated 500 text confirmations per provider, and appointment status will update based on Y or N responses. Two-way texting, custom text or email campaigns, and 1500 additional texts per month are provided with the Patient Communication Suite (Optional Module).
