Yes, there is a “same as last time option” within the SOAP/Documentation Interface. Notes may be duplicated and then edited further as needed.
Yes, Offices may send unlimited email reminders to their patients. Each office is also allocated 500 text confirmations per provider, and appointment status will update based on Y or N responses. Two-way texting, custom text or email campaigns, and 1500 additional texts per month are provided with the Patient Communication Suite (Optional Module).
